Please read these terms & conditions carefully. By proceeding with participation to, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’). If the Customer does not agree to these T&Cs, the Customer should not subscribe to the Offer. Participation, subscription and registration to the Offer is voluntary.

This Offer is hosted by Panasonic Life Solutions India Pvt Ltd, a company having its registered office at 12th Floor, Ambience Tower, Ambience Island, NH-8, Gurgaon 122002, Haryana (‘Panasonic’). The Offer is valid only on the purchase of any Panasonic products worth Rs. 8,000/- & above including GST from authorized Panasonic exclusive outlet across India except the State of Tamil Nadu. and Kerala for offer participation
T&Cs may be modified by Panasonic from time to time without any prior/public notice. Panasonic also reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Offer, at any stage without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Successful registration to the Offer and winning a Prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
Also, by participating in the manner provided above, and subscribing/registering to the Offer, the Customer:
• Warrants that he/she has read, understood and agreed to confirm to these T&Cs, any modifications, revisions and amendments thereto.
• agrees to receive details and information about this Promotion on his/her mobile, through SMS or voice calls and whats app
• Warrants the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that he/she has submitted.

1. OFFER DURATION
The Offer is valid from 1st October 2024 – 30th November 2024 on the purchase of Panasonic Products from Panasonic Exclusive Outlets only. Offer dates can be changed/extended as per the Panasonic’s sole decision.

2. ELIGIBILITY
a) Any Customer who is a citizen/resident of India and is 18 years of age or above:
i) Offer Applicable on purchase of Panasonic Products (RAC, CAC, Ref , Led , Microwave ,Washing Machine, Audio , LSG (beauty & Vacuum cleaner) , from Panasonic Exclusive Outlets;
ii) Who is not barred by any legal disability.
iii) Who is not suffering any mental disability.
iv) Who has never been convicted in any criminal case; and\Who is a PAN card holder.
v) Offer is not applicable for Panasonic employee, field & offroll support staff or associates & Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. ., their Promoters, clients, agents, and distributors
vi) With one mobile number, customer can upload one invoice only irrespective of number of products in the invoice from select categories.

3. OFFERS: Any Customer buying Products (Single / Multiple) is eligible to participate in given offer
a) SCRATCH & WIN (Assured Offer): consumers upon the purchase of Panasonic products worth Rs. 8000/- & above will scratch the card & win exciting rewards from below:
Assured Reward: Customers can win assured reward from the below options:
Rs. 500 or Rs. 1,000 cashback denomination or Rs. 9,999 Tanishq Gold Gift Voucher or Rs 50,000 Make my trip Travel Voucher which can be used to book travel tickets, hotel reservations or holiday packages subject to any applicable taxes Product(s).

b) Discount benefits worth up to Rs. 25,000 to every customer across all major categories as per the customer’s age profile, lifestyle and hobbies like Grocery, Salon Pampering, Fashion, Health, Entertainment, Fitness, Food, Learning etc.
Each customer will have access to pick and choose & redeem benefits from their favorite

TDS cost borne by customer . Lucky draw will be conducted during the Offer Period by an external auditor appointed for this promotion

Offer Participation Procedure:

SCRATCH & WIN OFFER
Below steps to be followed for Scratch & Win activity.

A) Registration/Bill Upload Microsite

1. The customer scratches the panel to reveal the unique code & scans the QR code to visit our promotional site (http://www.scratchandwin.bigcityexperience.com/).
2. After entering the promotional website, the customer participates by providing the following details: Voucher Code (found on the scratch panel), Name, Email ID, Phone Number, City, Invoice Date, SKU Purchased, Model Number, Unique Product Serial Number, and uploading a copy of their bill/invoice.
3. The customer submits the details and, after successful OTP verification, scratches the card to reveal the reward won.

B)Redemption Microsite

4. After successful bill validation (within 72 business hours), the customer receives a reward code and a weblink: (http://www.scratchandwinrewards.bigcityexperience.com/). The customer enters the reward code along with their Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number to claim the reward won and additional offers worth Rs. 25,000.
5. After submitting and completing OTP verification, the customer selects their preferred payment method to receive the cashback. For Tanishq and MMT vouchers, which are high-value rewards, promo codes will be sent via SMS/Email post validation.

In the case of MMT vouchers: Agency concierge team will contact the customer to collect KYC details and authenticate them. After successful verification, agency will collect the Gift Tax. Once the Gift Tax is received, the agency will proceed with sharing the details to redeem the reward.
6. For any offer redemption (Assured & Bumper ) installation from Panasonic authorized service centre is mandatory except for direct Cool Refrigerators (DC) , MWO ( Microwave Oven) , SAWM ( Semi Automatic Washing Machine) & Vacuum cleaners. Product validation for these products will be done by the backend team
On Successful Registration, If the Customer has won a Panasonic gift pursuant to the Lucky Draw ,the Customer will be sent a Confirmation SMS Message regarding winning of Gift from Panasonic which shall be delivered to him as per company policy. Thereafter, Customer shall have to share the purchase invoice copy/information of the Product, Personal details like Pan Card, Address proof, email id to validate participation with Panasonic’s Authorized Program Management Company (PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT. LTD. ) via Email/WhatsApp/Tele Verification

(PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT. LTD will make a total of 3 attempts to reach the shortlisted participant (for Bumper Rewards| Panasonic Home Makeover) within the next 3- 5 business days. Also, if the customer fails to submit the same within the timeline mentioned, the entry shall be forfeited and will move to the backup winner)

7. The gifts against each unique code shall be randomly selected through Lucky Draw conducted by external auditor (Batliboi & Purohit having registered office at - 204 National Insurance Building, D N Road, Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400001 Contact number - 022 2207 7941)
appointed for this promotion. The draw shall be random in nature and chances for winning shall be evenly distributed. 4. 10. Panasonic will send Home Makeover gift products post 90 days of completion of the offer period i.e 25th Feb 2024 and is subjected to availability of products.
11. The dates for Home Makeover lucky draw are mentioned below

Challans /invoices without clear store GST details, or photocopied, scanned, illegible, tampered or defaced bills/invoices will not be considered for any offer.
12.A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, and per account, per invoice during the promotion period
13. One single bill/invoice will be valid for one reward, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice. The customer purchase invoice should have customer's name and mobile number, no registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
14. The same reward code will be required to avail the additional offers worth Rs. 25,000
15. Panasonic has the right from time to time change, add, and/or modify the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Panasonic will be responsible for transport cost incurred in sending the gifts to the winner’s address.
16.Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Company hold no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
17.Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited or it’s agency Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. shall entertain no queries, claims, dispute, complaints, or grievances. and its agency after 15 days from the date of the closure of the contest/promotion period.
18. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
19. Panasonic Life Solutions and Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
20. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Panasonic Life Solutions reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
21.Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Company’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Company reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Company suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
22.This Physical voucher/unique code has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
23. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi

Terms and Conditions for Cashback
1. This offer entitles the customers to receive cashback on their UPI or Bank Account. The customers will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be revealed post successful registration on the promotional website.
2. Any customer purchasing a promotional product, shall be eligible to receive a voucher. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount mentioned on the promotional website. (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).
3. By redeeming the offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
4. These Conditions apply to every person redeeming the offer ("Participant”) given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd.. No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
5. Every Participant will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Bank Account Number etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. 8. The Payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the wallet partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, and withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.-
9.The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the voucher may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.
10.In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd or Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honored by the payment processing partner.
11.In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited exceed the value of the voucher as the case may be.
12.Participants can raise a complaint related to this offer at feedback@bigcity.in
13.Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi.
14.The Payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner/payment processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.
16.This offer is subject to government regulations.

Terms & Conditions - Make My Trip
1. The Gift card is valid for purchases made from MakeMyTrip only and is valid for a period of 6 Months from the date of purchase.
2. For Flights, Hotels & Holidays:
• Can be redeemed online at www.makemytrip.com or on MakeMyTrip Android & IOS app. Please follow the steps listed below:
• Select your Flight/ Hotel and ﬁll required details till you reach the payment page.
• On Website, click on "More options" and Select "Gift Card" as your Payment Mode. On Android and IOS app, choose Gift Card as the payment option.
• Enter your Gift Card/ Card No. (16 Digit) and 6 Digit Pin No.
• Click on "Make Payment" and Pay the Balance amount (if any) using other Payment Modes Listed.
• Flights & Hotels are not redeemable oﬄine.
3. For redeeming Holidays oﬄine through our Holiday Experts:

5. Gift cards are valid on bookings made through MMT Mobile App.
6. In case of transaction failures after Gift Card is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 24 hours.
7. This Gift card/voucher cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing oﬀer discount/cash back/promotion run by Makemytrip.com on app or website.
8. This Gift card is valid for partial redemption. Balance would remain in the Gift Card till the validity period and can be reused for multiple transactions.
9. Multiple Gift Cards (up to 3) can be combined and used on 1 transaction.
10. Products and services are subject to availability.
11. The Gift card cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
12. The Gift card validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.
13. Gift Card code/Physical copy or both to be provided at the time of booking along with an ID proof for the oﬄine redemption.
14. MakeMyTrip is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
15. In case of cancellation of bookings made using the gift card within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the same card as used at the time of booking.
16. Users are required to save the gift card number and PIN to utilize this refunded amount as we will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new gift card number.
17. In case of cancellations where the gift card validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by the gift card.
18. MakeMyTrip is the ﬁnal authority on the interpretation of these rules.
19. MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny accepting any Gift card if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
20. In no event the liability of MakeMyTrip for any claims shall exceed the value of the card/voucher.
21. In the event of any dispute, parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of New Delhi.
22. This is for individual use only, Travel agents found using the card would lead to cancellation of booking and no refund would be made.

24. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the Voucher i.e. Rs. 50000

Terms & Conditions for Tanishq Gift Vouchers
• Voucher is valid for the purchase of Tanishq products from any authorized Tanishq Showroom.
• Voucher is only an entitlement to credit to the extent of the face value of the voucher and is non encashable. If the value of the purchase is than the value of the voucher the balance is non-refundable.
• No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced voucher.
• Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Voucher is not a legal tender.
• Voucher cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
• This e-Gift card is allowed for one time redemption only.
• Any unused balance on the e-Gift card will not be refunded or credited.
• Balance / expiry may be checked at the Tanishq cash counters.
• Tanishq or it's Gift Voucher issuing partners will not replace or reimburse the value of your card if its lost, stolen, or expired.
• Bearer is responsible if an e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
• For this e-Gift Card, Indian law is applicable, and jurisdiction shall be Bangalore.
• If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift card, the balance is non-refundable.
• Tanishq reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions.
• In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the Voucher i.e. Rs. 9999
